6 months contract Human Resource Assistant $2.6K (EAA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation and filing of supporting documents.
- Assist with internship applications and coordination with local institutions.
- Maintain accurate learning and training records.
- Prepare documentation to support compliance readiness and internal / external audits.
- Coordinate training administration, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Compile and standardise Learning & Development documentation and records.
- Support the setup and administration of regional training request and registration platforms.
- Assist with streamlining and automation of selected L&D workflows.
- Perform L&D data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Support ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support, or regulatory coordination will be added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Well‑organised and able to manage documentation accurately.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
