Join an established financial services group and partner with hiring managers on recruitment across business functions. Bring your sourcing skills, stakeholder expertise and experience managing busy hiring portfolios, with internship and high volume recruitment experience especially welcome.

Job Scope

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to plan recruitment strategies and advise on interview best practices.
• Drive internship and high volume recruitment alongside other vacancies across business functions.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, creative outreach and strong recruitment agency partnerships.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, motivation and suitability.
• Manage salary benchmarking, offer discussions and negotiations to secure suitable talent.
• Share insights on talent availability, compensation and candidate trends to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in internship recruitment and high volume hiring is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; experience supporting senior stakeholders and negotiating complex offers is an advantage.
• Proficient in recruitment systems, including applicant tracking systems or HRIS recruitment modules.
