Summary
Provide chair-side support to dentists, sterilize instruments, and handle front-desk tasks like scheduling and payments in a Singapore-based dental clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
- Perform sterilisation and proper maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
- Handle basic front counter and administrative duties.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and attend to patient enquiries professionally.
- Process payments and manage payment collection from patients.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Levels / NITEC/ Diploma
- Prior experience in the dental field is high preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and able to multitask effectively
