6 Months Logistics Support | Central | Up to $3800 #NKA

Location: Marina Square

Duration: 6 months (1st Nov - 30th Apr)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $3800

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inter-company orders, monitor backlogs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Identify logistics improvements and shipment consolidation opportunities to optimise costs.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Manage order-to-cash processes and maintain accurate records.
• Provide sales and administrative support, including forecasts and delivery reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 3 years of strong supply chain & logistics or related experience
• Proficiency in ERP & CRM Systems (E.g. Oracle, Sales Force) and MS Excel
