Duration: 6 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 515
Salary: Up to $4500
Job Responsibilities:
- Support planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage project timelines and support campaign reporting and presentations.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including set-up, testing and scheduling.
- Create and adapt marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners and presentation templates.
- Perform basic design and content updates while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support procurement, including quotations, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Provide logistical support for events, webinars and other marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing with at least 1-2 years of experience
