Job Responsibilities

* Attend to patient and visitor enquiries, reservations and requests professionally.

* Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.

* Handle reservation enquiries, provide information on rates and assist with occupancy management.

* Maintain good relationships with patients and visitors, providing assistance over the phone and in person.

* Provide excellent frontline customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

* Assist patients with carrying luggage and belongings to the wards when required.

* Maintain a neat, clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

* Ensure daily front office operations comply with established service and quality standards.

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

* Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Must be able to assist with carrying patients' luggage and belongings.

* Comfortable working in a hospital environment.

* Able to commit for up to 6 months; candidates with shorter availability may be considered.

* Able to work a rostered 42-hour work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.

* Must be comfortable with rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.

* Work Location: Novena.
