Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, ensuring efficient and accurate machining processes.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, producing precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during mass production and new product introduction (NPI), ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Collaborate closely with the quality control team to ensure all parts meet required standards and specifications.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address machining and production-related issues.
- Continuously improve CNC programming and machining processes to enhance output efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or CAD/CAM Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming, with strong knowledge of Mastercam and 3 & 5 Axis Vertical Milling processes.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
