Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Manage and train the maintenance team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and maintain high levels of operational readiness.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly to meet production targets.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading and managing a maintenance team, with strong leadership skills.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning tools.
