Job Responsible :
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices
- Material cost Saving
- Supplier consolidation
- New Project RFQ Cycle Time
- Aged inventory Reduction
- Monitoring open Purchase Orders and Stock Status reports and expediting order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery
- Procurement Compliance
- Assist logistics process, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products
- Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Any other ad-hoc task which require time to time
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- Knowledge of Materials Management
- Ability to work independently
