Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed to ensure optimal vendor selection.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as required to maintain smooth operations and avoid shortages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors to support long-term procurement goals.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
