6640 - Warehouse Assistant

Company Overview:

Job Scope:

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods and

  materials.
• Arrange and store items properly in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Prepare, pick, and pack goods for delivery based on orders.

• Assist in loading and unloading goods.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Support daily warehouse operations and follow company procedures.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Physically fit and able to carry or move goods when required.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (license is an advantage).

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Basic computer skills for inventory updates (Excel/ERP system knowledge is a plus).

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to work overtime or shifts if necessary.

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics is an added advantage but not mandatory.
