Job Description:
- Lead IT team to optimize infrastructure for current and future business needs.

Ensure smooth operation of end-user systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support.

Oversee monitoring, updates, configuration, and hardware maintenance to maintain system performance.

Liaise with vendors to implement projects and services on time, within specifications and budget.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system manuals.

Conduct system integration testing and support ERP/document management systems.

Mentor and develop IT team skills, promoting effective teamwork aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Minimum 8 years in manufacturing IT with ERP experience.
