Job Description:
- Oversee new transfer initiatives and create process documentation.
- Perform time studies, assess workflow, and recommend efficiency enhancements.
- Manage corrective measures from inspections and audits.
- Plan factory layouts, design jigs and fixtures, and drive continuous improvements.
- Evaluate product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and identify root causes of defects (FMEA).
- Implement Lean/Six Sigma strategies to boost quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Develop production procedures, validate processes/products, and approve new equipment.
- Generate reports on manufacturing performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years manufacturing experience
- Skilled in reading mechanical drawings and SolidWorks; Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
