Creates and maintains detailed 3D building information models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and supporting documentation.
BIM Modeller
Location: North Area / West Area / East Area
Working Day: 5days Mon - Fri
Working Hour: 44 hours
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and model detailed building elements.
Develop and update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent.
Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and coordination requirements.
Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction purposes.
Create accurate BIM models of building exteriors and interiors with relevant pre-construction information such as material specifications, quantity estimates, time schedules, and cost estimates.
Develop and maintain BIM libraries/families based on project and industry standards.
Provide technical support to project teams in resolving modeling and coordination issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Structural, Architectural, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction and project execution.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
