Electrical Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Working days: Mon - Fri

Working hours: 8:15am - 5:30pm (OT is required)

Location: Joo Koon (Transport from Lakeside / CCK / Joo Koon MRT)

Salary: $2500 - $4000 + OT + AWS + Bonus

Summary

The engineer is responsible for supporting motor & generator services, transformer services and switchgear services.

Requirements

  • Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

  • Class 3 driving license is preferred

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take charge of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of machinery equipment and systems such as chillers, motors, switchgears, generators and transformers.

  • Carry out testing for all types of protection and maintenance.

  • Develop and maintain relations with supervisors, assistant supervisors and other department on engineering concerns.

  • Identify and solve engineering problems as needed.

  • Ensure works are done timely.

  • Ensure all safety aspects of the team.

  • Mentor and train up technicians.
