Accounts Executive
Location: Robinson Road (Office Might Move to Ubi at year end)
Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time:
9am to 6pm
Salary: $2500- $3500
Occasional overtime may be required during month-end closing due to coordination with overseas teams across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for three Singapore entities (including one dormant company).
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
- Ensure timely submission of ECI, ACRA and AGM filings.
- Manage the closure of overseas dormant entities where required.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Review and account for corporate credit card expenses.
- Prepare payments via Internet Banking, cheque and cash.
- Handle bank administration matters, including forms and correspondence.
- Process and coordinate trade finance documentation, including DP submissions.
- Maintain proper filing and document control.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience handling full set of accounts independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
