Description
Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator
Working Days: MON to FRI (9.00am to 5.30pm), SAT (9.00am to 1.00pm) – On call duty required when necessary
Location: Near Pioneer MRT
Salary: $ 2800 - $ 3300
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is an advantage
Job scope
- Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
- Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers
- Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements
- Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents
- Support daily purchasing and logistics operations
