Summary
Restaurant service crew member or captain handling guest interactions, order coordination, and restaurant operations in a premium dining setting.

$2500 -$3500 (depending on relevant working experience)
Job Responsibilities
Provide attentive, professional and consistent service to restaurant guests.
Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
Develop a good understanding of the menu, including seasonal dishes and special offerings.
Explain menu items and respond accurately to guest enquiries.
Take and coordinate customer orders with the kitchen team.
Work closely with the Head Chef, kitchen and service teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
Attend to guest requests, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow service procedures and operational guidelines set by the management team.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.
Assist with restaurant opening, closing and general service duties when required.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in restaurant service, hospitality or customer service.
Experience in a fine-dining, Michelin-starred or premium restaurant environment will be an advantage
