_6G senior 3GPP delegate/technical manager

• Lead the development and 3GPP standardization of 6G technologies in spectrum access, initial access, energy efficiency, and/or MIMO technology, driving features from concept through agreed specification.
• Author and promote technical proposals (contributions) in 3GPP and other standards bodies, and build consensus toward their adoption.
• Pursue and hold key 3GPP leadership positions — including feature leads and rapporteurships — and serve as strategic candidacies on behalf of the company.
• Collaborate across 3GPP working groups and between standardization and product-implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility and consistent design.
• Mentor junior engineers in the standardization process and technology development.
