7.5T Driver / Driver Assessor

Job Type: 7.5T Home Delivery Driver / Driver Trainer - your main role is driving but will be training as and when needed
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday - 5am start with 10hr days
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Southampton

What you'll do:

• Deliver white goods to customers' homes.
• Install washing machines and selected appliances (full training provided).
• Carry out safe manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Support driver inductions, assessments and refresher training (full training provided).
• Coach DHL and agency drivers on safety, compliance and best practice.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Now, here's what we need from you:

• Minimum 2 years' 7.5T driving experience.
• Strong safety and compliance knowledge.
• Previous coaching, mentoring or training experience is desirable.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
