The scope:

Active Management of insurance and third party administrator partners for:

- Contract/ recontracting direct billing agreements

- Coordinating and executing partnership events (e.g: hospital tour with agents/ management, insurance partner hosted events)

- Pre-authorization processing in partnership with clinical ops

- Resolving escalation of patient feedback/ issues, in partnership with PLC/ SOC

- Updating and driving empanelment of clinicians by partners

- Partnering with clinical departments to drive awareness on 7 ICAs offering (e.g: pitch deck, public engagement events)

- Analyzing and reporting performance of partners (e.g: attribution of partners to SOC FV/ EL/ DS performance)
