7 Paintings is our immersive seven-course dinner-and-show experience, each course themed around a famous painter. We're seeking a precise, composed line cook to execute this program alongside the Sous Chef who leads it. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, timing, and the theater of a plated show.
- Prepare mise en place accurately to recipe specifications
- Organize and execute plating across all seven courses, ensuring every detail lands as designed
- Plate each course with precision and artistry — presentation is the show
- Hold exacting timing throughout service; the pace is choreographed
- Adapt confidently to last-minute dietary restrictions and allergen needs
- Break down station cleanly — properly store leftover mise en place and return all tools
- Fine dining and banquet experience strongly preferred
- Strong culinary talent.
- Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to repeat it flawlessly, night after night
- Calm under pressure with strong timing instincts
