Responsibilities:

• Posting other outflows on Odoo
  
• Bank Reconciliation
  
• Review of filing system
  
• Customer Ledger Review and Reconciliation
  
• Posting month-end journals - Prepayments, where required.
  
• Review of Staff Pension, PAYE, and Schedule
  
• Preparation and Remittance of Statutory Deductions – WHT, NSIFT, ITF PO, GRN, and Waybill matching (suppliers)
  
• Bill Creation on Odoo
  
• Invoice Validation and Payment Matching
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• A minimum of an HND in accounting/accountancy from a reputable institution.
  
• At least 5 years hands-on experience.
  
• Experience in the manufacturing or trading sector.
  
• ICAN Certified
  
• Experience using accounting and ERP systems, preferably Odoo
