CollarFinder Management Consultancy Inc. is actively recruiting EIGHT (8) Full-Stack Developers, from Mid-Level to Senior-Level, for our client, an IT Solutions company based in BGC, Taguig City.
We are looking for talented developers who can build scalable applications, develop innovative software solutions, and contribute to high-impact technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
- Build responsive user interfaces and robust server-side applications, APIs, and database integrations.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems.
- Design, manage, and optimize SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers.
- Participate in code reviews, system architecture planning, testing, and deployment.
- Apply best practices in application security, scalability, and software development.
- Senior-level candidates may also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Mid-Level: Typically 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Senior-Level: Typically 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, testing frameworks, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web security, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing and scalable application architecture.
Compensation and Benefits
- ₱120,000–₱160,000 monthly salary
