Summary
Process electricity supply applications, coordinate site work with authorities, and handle customer inquiries in Singapore’s energy sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of applications for turn-on of electricity supply to customer’s electrical installation.
- Liaise with principals in removal of meters, de-energizing the incoming supply and removal of service cables.
- Coordinate with external parties and government authorities, for performing inspection, testing, turn-on and investigation work.
- Attend to customer enquires/complaints and conduct site investigation.
- Assist in collating and preparing data for planning purposes and monthly reports.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by his superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in an electrical discipline with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Preferably possess Class 3 driving license and has own vehicle
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
