The Position
Roche Diagnostics Corporation seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at its Indianapolis, Indiana location.
Duties: Lead the business intelligence (BI) analytics initiatives as the embedded business intelligence domain expert on the supply chain team. Build robust, reliable, professional analytics solutions and models. Convert proof-of-concept models gathered from team members (supply and demand planners and their leaders) into scalable, user-friendly products. Provide recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Collaborate with cross functional groups to create analytics tools and reporting dashboards that enable internal teams to proactively manage the supply and enhance the customer experience. Partner with affiliates’ global network of supply chain and BI professionals to exchange best practices to have tangible impact on customers and patients. Provide training on analytics and reporting tools in sessions at various scales. Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues and produce data sets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in a Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, MIS, IT, Engineering or a closely related discipline and 5 years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst or closely related position
Special Requirements: Employer requires professional experience in each of the following:
Supply chain business process technical management tools SQL Server Business intelligence analysis in areas such as health diagnostics, medical devices, consumer goods pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, financial services, legal, manufacturing, or consulting Examining business intelligence and metrics data Stakeholder management Project management
May telecommute up to 2 days per week from anywhere within the U.S.

The expected annual salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of Indianapolis, Indiana is $127,512 to $162,500 per year. Actual pay within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
