[8GT] Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead
Summary
Lead a team building scalable backend microservices and APIs in Node.js/TypeScript or Python/Go on AWS, while mentoring engineers and owning CI/CD pipelines for media or ad-tech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs
- Lead technical delivery across engineering workstreams, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production reliability
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go)
- Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK, DynamoDB, Step Functions)
- Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity
Nice to Have
- Experience in media, ad tech, or data-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Kinesis, or data pipeline tooling
- Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures
