We're Hiring: Pre-sales Engineer / Cloud Native Solution Consultant

Location： Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary Package： RM10,000 – RM12,000/month

Supporting SEA enterprise customers

We are currently supporting a fast-growing cloud native technology company to hire a Pre-sales Engineer / Solution Consultant based in Malaysia.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in DevOps, Cloud, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Technical Support, or Infrastructure, who are interested in moving into a more customer-facing solution consulting role.

You will be supporting enterprise customers in Southeast Asia, mainly within the banking and financial services sector. The role is not looking for a very senior solution architect — junior/mid-level candidates with strong learning ability and communication skills are welcome.

What you'll do:

• Support customer product trials, technical discussions, and solution communication

• Work with sales and internal technical teams to provide cloud native / container platform solutions

• Prepare solution proposals, test reports, implementation plans, and technical documents

• Collect customer feedback and work with product/R&D teams

• Support technical presentations and partner communication when needed

We're looking for:

• 1+ year experience in IT, DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Technical Support, Pre-sales, or Solution Consulting

• Basic understanding of Kubernetes / OpenShift / Docker / DevOps / cloud computing is preferred

• Good communication skills and willingness to work with customers

• Mandarin and English communication ability

• Based in Malaysia, preferably Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
