Summary
Assists the girls’ volleyball team at Hill-Murray School by coaching practices, matches, and summer camps while fostering team culture and adhering to MSHSL rules.
Job Description/Duties:
This position assists the girls’ volleyball team and serves as a member of the Hill-Murray Girls Volleyball program and Activities Department, including helping at practices, matches, and summer camps.
• Strong communication skills with student-athletes, families, and administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of the sport of volleyball
• Ability and commitment to developing a positive culture
• Familiarity with MSHSL rules
• Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes
