Summary

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in hotel facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
  • Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting on HVAC equipment and control systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system performance and reliability.
  • Inspect equipment and identify worn or defective components for replacement.
  • Test system performance, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components.
  • Recharge refrigerant systems in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all work activities.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and equipment breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to complete work efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in HVAC/R is preferred.
  • Valid HVAC/A/C Technician certification or license (where required).
  • Proven experience in installing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical components.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand tools.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
