Digital Experience Specialist - E-commerce Position Type Full Time You will work closely with Nike Direct Sports Crew, Digital Experience, Digital Marketing & Integrated Media, Digital Operations, Digital Commerce, Digital Merchandising & Planning, collaborating to bring the assigned sport experience to life on and the Nike App. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Digital Specialist to join our Digital Experience team within Nike Direct Digital. In this role, you will focus on putting the consumer at the center of everything we do and help create strong connections between Nike and athletes*. You will assist in defining and implementing strategies that drive commercial growth and enhance the consumer journey on and the Nike App. Your goal will be to optimize digital user experiences and increase conversion rates, making it easier for consumers to browse, decide, and purchase, while driving revenue and profitability. Essential requirements: - Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including how to optimize online shopping experiences and improve conversion. - Cross-functional collaboration: You feel comfortable working across diverse teams and can effectively communicate data insights and business actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Data-driven decision-making: You are comfortable interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions that enhance user experiences and drive growth. - Communication skills: You can clearly present your findings, create persuasive presentations, and explain complex ideas in a simple way. - Strong organizational skills: You have the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution for seasonal stories and campaigns.
