Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and thoughtful educators to join us as General Paper Tutors (Part-Time). This role goes beyond content delivery: it involves mentoring students, shaping their intellectual habits, and guiding them toward both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
GP Tutor: Teach General Paper (GP) to JC students (A-Level syllabus)
Design and deliver engaging, conceptually clear lessons
Guide students in essay writing and comprehension skills
Provide detailed, constructive feedback on student work
Mentor students in developing critical thinking and intellectual confidence
Contribute to curriculum development and teaching resources

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of teaching experience (part-time or full-time)

A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring young people
Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing depth

Work Arrangements

Compensation
Salary Range (For Part-Time: Starting from $50/hour) / $2000-$5000 for Full-Time
