What you will be doing as an A&P Mechanic - 573\:
In this role, you can expect to use your hands-on expertise to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot airframes and engine systems while keeping aircraft safe, reliable, and mission-ready. You’ll perform inspections, modifications, and precision maintenance work—collaborating with fellow mechanics and making a direct impact on customer aircraft every day.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to)\:
· Aircraft Maintenance & Repair\: Diagnose malfunctions and perform disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems across multiple aircraft models to ensure flight readiness and on‑time delivery
· Turbine Engine Troubleshooting\: Conduct turbine engine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and engine run‑ups to verify performance, safety, and compliance
· Airframe & System Modifications\: Execute airframe system and component changes, system checkouts, and approved modifications on airframes and engines
· Inspection & Regulatory Compliance\: Perform 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspections in accordance with FAR 43 requirements and approved maintenance standards
· Service Bulletins & Kit Installations\: Install service bulletins and modification kits with precision to meet manufacturer and regulatory requirements
· Technical Tools & Precision Measurement\: Utilize a wide range of precision tools and diagnostic equipment, including gauges, micrometers, tensiometers, and specialized hand tools, to repair and modify aircraft systems
