A－PLM System Analyst（新竹）

1. Oversee product lifecycle processes from concept through retirement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.

2. Configure, maintain, and continuously improve PLM systems to support accurate BOM management, engineering change control, and regulatory compliance.

3. Ensure data integrity and consistency across PLM platforms, implementing best practices for version control, traceability, and documentation.

4. Act as a liaison between engineering, operations, and business teams to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and enable timely product launches.

5. Identify opportunities to enhance PLM processes, implement automation, and drive adoption of new tools and methodologies.
