1. Lead OEM/ODM/JDM projects from NPI to Mass Production, ensuring smooth factory transition.
2. Manage project schedule, BOM cost, quality, and cross-functional resources to meet milestones.
3. Act as the primary window for global customers and internal stakeholders (RD, Factory, SCM).
4. Conduct RFQ consolidation, cost reduction initiatives, and project risk management.
