Summary
Handles stock receiving, shelving, customer service, and sales at a duty-free retail store, ensuring inventory accuracy and product presentation.
Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for receiving and distributing stock and assisting with sales and other general duties at the Naughty Grape Duty Free Store.
Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Receive, unpack and shelve products
- Provide information to customers while working on the floor, on the full range of product offerings and assist with product selections and purchase decisions
- Conduct routine checks on inventories and advise on reorder quantities
- Provide courier services for Duty Free purchases to the bay area for customers
- Assist with maintaining adequate stock levels on shelves
- Monitor products and ensure all products nearing expiration date are brought to the attention of the Supervisor.
- Assist with sales on an as needed basis
- Assist with the setup of signs and displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Assist with general housekeeping duties as required
Knowledge & Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) CXC passes, which must include English and Mathematics
- Prior experience in a sales environment would be an asset.

- Must be well groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
- Must be flexible, honest and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
