This person will be responsible for:
• Leading the day-to-day operations of an Early Childhood Education center while ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, funding, and state requirements.
• Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising staff to promote professional growth, engagement, and retention.
• Providing ongoing training, staff development, and performance management to maintain a high-quality program and positive team culture.
• Partnering with families by conducting tours and orientations, facilitating parent meetings, and addressing concerns in a professional and supportive manner.
• Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure appropriate teacher-to-child ratios and efficient center operations.
• Monitoring program quality and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to support positive outcomes for children and families.
• Collaborating with agency leadership to develop and enhance programs, services, and strategic goals.
• Assisting with budget management, monitoring program expenditures, and maintaining fiscal responsibility for the site.
• Maintaining accurate program records, employee documentation, and reporting requirements while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Monitoring facility needs and coordinating maintenance requests to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Supporting contracted partnerships, ensuring all program obligations, and reporting requirements are completed on time.
• Building strong relationships with staff, families, community partners, and stakeholders while serving as a positive representative of CSI.
• Fostering a safe, structured, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
