1. Execute tasks and projects related to C&B, including administration of C&B programs, the annual merit increase process, profit sharing, AOP programs, pension, and wellness initiatives.

2. Conduct regular and ad hoc market analyses, including compensation benchmarking studies and surveys, to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.

3. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits initiatives covering fixed pay, incentives, and employee benefits, aligned with business objectives.

4. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure HR programs are aligned with business needs, enhancing satisfaction and value for both stakeholders and employees.

5. Leverage HR analytics and AI tools to drive continuous process improvement, support HR decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.

6. Support ad hoc assignments as needed, ensuring data accuracy and strict compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
