ABA Case Supervisor

Position: ABA Case Supervisor

Pay: $30-38/hr

Schedule: M-F 8:30-6:30

Job Duties:

  • Develop individualized, person-centered programs in collaboration with a BCBA that reflect each client's strengths, needs, preferences, and meaningful goals.
  • Collaborate with the assigned BCBA to create and implement Behavior Intervention Plans that prioritize dignity, autonomy, safety, and quality of life using least-intrusive, supportive strategies.
  • Complete client progress reports in collaboration with the BCBA for submission to funding sources.
  • Provide family and caregiver education rooted in ABA principles while honoring neurodiversity, family values, and cultural considerations.
  • Maintain a minimum of 50% in-person work schedule, with all direct supervision conducted 100% in person.
  • Assist BCBA(s) with Functional Behavioral Assessments (master's degree required), focusing on understanding the function and context of behavior.
  • Meet authorized service hours for assigned caseloads, with a minimum of 100 monthly billable hours, while prioritizing continuity of care.
  • Minimize session cancellations; collaborate with scheduling to secure coverage and ensure utilization.
  • Provide direct 1:1 support when coverage is unavailable to reduce service disruption.

  • Experience with trauma-informed and culturally humble practices.
  • Strong collaborative and communication support when working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans to be flexible and personalized.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in neurodiversity-affirming practices, cultural competence, and related fields.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of ABA experience OR Master's degree with 1 year of ABA experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly and safely across various terrains (indoors/outdoors) to follow client/student or respond to emergencies (if working in-clinic or school setting).
  • Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds.
  • Stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision.
