We’re now inviting experienced trainers to take the next step — leading, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of educators and learners.
Your Role
As a Senior Mental Arithmetic Trainer, you’ll play a pivotalrole in maintaining high teaching standards, mentoring junior trainers, and contributing to curriculum enhancement. You’ll not only teach — you’ll inspire, guide, and elevate the entire learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct engaging and structured abacus-mental arithmetic lessons (physical & online) for children aged 3–12
* Lead by example in lesson quality, classroom management, and parent communication
* Mentor and support junior trainers during their onboarding and certification period
* Provide constructive feedback to enhance teachingmethodology and curriculum content
* Participate in internal trainer workshops and assist in conducting training sessions
* Support centre events, competitions, and outreach initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Diploma or Degree holder (or equivalent qualification)
* Minimum 2 years of abacus mental arithmetic teaching experience (or equivalent)
* Proven ability to engage and inspire young learners
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parentsand team members
* Positive leadership qualities with a growth mindset
* Organized, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving
* Able to work on weekends
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Remuneration Package**
* Category Full-Time
* Starting Salary $3,000 – $4,000/month (based on experience)
* Performance Bonus Quarterly incentives for class quality & student retention
* Annual Bonus based on performance
