The Able Seaman (AB) is responsible for executing essential sea and port watch duties under the supervision of the Bosun or a designated officer. Key responsibilities include performing lookout and helmsman duties on the bridge, assisting with mooring operations, and conducting regular safety and security rounds. During cargo operations, they are tasked with maintaining a safe deck watch, ensuring the vessel remains securely moored, and assisting with tank cleaning or hold sweeping as required.
Candidate must have the crane driver certificate, provide the list of equipment and SWL he worked with. Experience with Sennebogen Excavator is preferrable to see.
