AC Technician (Split Unit/ HVAC) - FM

We are seeking an experienced AC Technician to join our facility management team. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various air conditioning systems, including split units, cassette units, ducted units, package units, and performing basic chiller system maintenance.

Attend assigned work orders for split, cassette, window, package units and (if experienced) VRF/VRV. Diagnose faults (electrical/mechanical/refrigerant), propose solution and obtain approval before work. Perform repairs: capacitor/contactors, fan motors, PCB swaps, leak detection & rectification, brazing, vacuuming, gas charging, commissioning. Execute preventive maintenance: filter cleaning, coil washing, drain clearing, electrical/mechanical checks, performance testing. Basic installs/re-installs, thermostat and control wiring, insulation touch-ups, minor duct fixes. Handle refrigerants safely; recover, weigh, and charge per manufacturer specs. Record job details in CRM (before/after photos, readings, parts used, customer sign-off). Maintain HSE: PPE use, lock-out/tag-out where required, work-at-height precautions, tidy work area. Communicate clearly with dispatch/clients; escalate scope changes or parts requirements promptly. Protect client property and comply with building/community rules and permits.
