QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an A Level
- At least 5 Years of teaching experience (small class tuition)
- Strong passion for teaching and tutoring.
- Able to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom effectively
- Ability to support programme delivery and ensure smooth academic processes
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Good communication skills with students, faculty, and management
- Detail-oriented, especially for compliance work
- Able to work independently but also support leadership
- Willing to learn and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Singapore Syllabus (Primary, Secondary, O levels, A levels)
- Able to teach more subjects will be an advantage
- Willing to take up administrative duties will be an advantage
Job Descriptions:
- Teach a small class of student and deliver clear and concise instruction using a variety of methods and technology.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records to track their progress.
- Identify and address individual student needs and learning challenges.
- Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
