Job Summary\: | The University of Colorado Anschutz, College of Nursing on the Anschutz Medical Campus, is seeking a full-time Academic Success Manager. The Academic Success Manager is responsible for developing and implementing programs and services to support student success and retention. Working with individual students and student groups, the Academic Success Manager will engage in innovative and holistic approaches to providing students with strategies and resources for academic success, including tutoring services, mentorship programs, and academic success training.

Work Location\: | Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three (3) days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range\: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $68,647 to $80,317.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
