Academy Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Business Development & Academy Team in Krailling (50% hybrid working possible).

Your Mission

  • You coordinate the day-to-day operational and administrative processes of the Additive Minds Academy across EMEA, working with systems such as SAP, CPQ, and the EOS webstore.
  • You manage Academy orders, support revenue tracking, and maintain reliable performance monitoring for our regional training activities.
  • You organize the creation, review, translation, and maintenance of training content, ensuring that learning materials are consistent and available to customers.
  • You serve as a central point of contact for Academy-related inquiries and support customers and internal teams with user administration and operational requests.
  • You contribute to the smooth delivery of workshops, educational partnerships, and new Academy offerings by coordinating the relevant activities and stakeholders.

Your Talents

  • Initial professional experience in operations, administration, training coordination, customer service, or a comparable environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Confidence in coordinating different stakeholders and communicating in an international environment
  • Interest in digital learning, technical products, and industrial technologies
  • Experience working with digital business systems, such as LMS, ERP, or CRM platforms
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
