We are seeking a highly experienced Director – AI Solutions to lead the development, validation, and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and client-facing responsibilities, driving the design and implementation of innovative AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, lead high-performing technical teams, and oversee the delivery of scalable, high-impact AI initiatives across diverse business applications.
- Lead the strategy, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning, statistical, and AI models across multiple business functions.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex AI and data science engagements.
- Partner with senior business leaders and clients to identify opportunities where AI and advanced analytics can create measurable business value.
- Translate business needs into scalable data science and machine learning solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end model lifecycle management, including development, testing, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Drive best practices in model governance, responsible AI, and quality assurance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, AI engineers, and analytics professionals.
