As an Acceleration Center - Financial Strategy and Planning - Finance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and planning within our Internal Firm Services. This position offers the chance to work on diverse financial projects, providing insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within internal business services projects. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, guiding and mentoring junior team members while navigating complex situations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Developing financial models to forecast future financial performance and assess potential risks
- Conducting balance sheet and cash flow analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to create and present financial reports that inform business strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning
- Implementing financial budgeting and forecasting techniques to optimize resource allocation
- Managing profitability analysis to enhance financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial outcomes and drive strategic initiatives
- Engaging in financial risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential financial threats
- Supporting financial policy development to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 to 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
