Local ( distrito, região): Lisboa Função: Access Manager Nível: JR Data de início: ImediatoDuração da contratação: 1 anoInglês B2Português e Espanhol - OpcionalRequirements:- Up to 2 years of experience in the role for which we are contracting the service;- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering and/or Information Systems, preferably;- Knowledge of access management applications, specifically IAM and SAP;- Good communication and interpersonal skills;- Ability to adapt easily and quickly to changes;- Basic knowledge of hypervisor systems (WmWare)- Intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)- Intermediate knowledge of Cloud (Azure and AWS)- Intermediate knowledge of Project Management, Report preparation, ITSM (ServiceNow) • Deliverables:- Approval of access assignments;- Deactivation of accesses;- Ensuring data security;- Ensuring the existence of necessary licensing for all users.- Ensure effective and efficient management of decommissioning requests within the scope of the Terminator Project, guaranteeing deadlines and quality;- Manage relationships and assertive communication with all stakeholders;- Prepare project reports, management information, and promote decision-making.
