Position overview
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an Alternative Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) Program Support Specialist to support a Navy customer in Coronado, California. The specialist will assist with security program administration, classified information accountability, access records, collaboration tools, and analytical support. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and required government access approvals.
Responsibilities
Maintain program guidance, reference materials, records, and SharePoint content so information remains current, organized, and aligned with governing requirements.
Support program access requests, briefing and debriefing coordination, and accurate personnel access records.
Review program correspondence for proper classification markings and assist with controlled message preparation and processing.
Assist with classified material inventories, authorized storage and disposition, and periodic reviews of electronic repositories.
Support security incident reporting and follow-up in coordination with authorized government personnel.
Coordinate with government stakeholders on program procedures and prepare accurate written products and status updates.
Provide analytical and planning support for special operations requirements and coordinate training requests and qualification records.
Perform assigned facility security duties, including visitor escort, security checks, and securing designated work areas.
Required qualifications
Top Secret clearance at the start of performance and the ability to obtain and maintain required SCI and program-specific access approvals.
Proficiency with SharePoint at the start of the assignment, sufficient to maintain program content and support collaboration.
User-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to enter and maintain accurate data across multiple databases.
Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform security program administration, classified document control, and analytical support duties.
Ability to work onsite in Coronado, CA and safeguard government information, equipment, and property.
Preferred experience
Experience supporting ACCM or comparable classified programs; Navy or special operations headquarters support; personnel access administration; classified message handling; and operational planning or analysis.
Work schedule and travel
General government duty hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the specific schedule will be coordinated with the government. Travel may be required when authorized. Anticipated start date - Between 30 September and 30 October 2026
Anticipated compensation: Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and security-clearance status, and consistent with applicable Service Contract Act wage-determination requirements. Final compensation will also depend on contract award and available contract funding. Benefits are offered separately in accordance with company policy and applicable contract requirements.
