We currently have a team of nine and are continuing to grow. Our office is located in a calm but lively area of the southwest, surrounded by great businesses, restaurants, shops, and medical facilities, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to work. We offer plenty of opportunities for growth with access to courses, training, and support for additional licenses such as notary and other state certifications.

You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kerry Gulino - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
